Casalforte Valpolicella Ripasso DOC 2018
After a careful selection of Valpolicella grapes with high sugar content, vinification takes place with the Ganimede system where the grape skins and wine are continuously mixed to extract colour and tannins.
During the winter, Valpolicella wine is passed over the skins remaining from the production of Amarone using the traditional “Ripasso” technique, which increases the alcohol, body and perfumes of the wine. The resulting wine is aged partly in stainless steel and partly in oak wood casks for 12 months.
Casalforte Valpolicella Ripasso is a dry and full-bodied wine, with a complex perfume of cherries, red fruits and spices. It’s the ideal match for roast and grilled red meats, stews and mature cheeses.
Gran Maestro Primitivo di Manduria 2020
Extraordinary Italian Wines utilizes a technique called ‘Appassimento’, where the grapes are partially dried for at least a couple of months, and once the wine has been pressed, it is fermented together with the grape must. This process imparts richness and complexity to the wines, using a style that is usually reserved for the famous Ripasso wines from Veneto.
Jacobs Creek Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (Australia)
The premium full-bodied wine from Jacob's Creek Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon displays the intensity of ripe plum with peppery spice and a hint of coffee notes on the nose. It is balanced on the palate by the soft approachable tannins and cinnamon oak leading to a medium finish.

Ant Moore's A+ range focuses on creating premium, small-batch wines that capture the bright, vibrant notes of the Marlborough fruit.
Earthiness and minerality enlighten the senses, with hints of red cherry with clove and spice. Cooked cherry and red fruit balances with cedar and chocolate, and hints of leather round out the generous mid-palate.
