Turkeys are hormone-free. For the treatment of disease or illness, approved medicines are used at therapeutic levels under USDA and FDA regulations. Birds are not allowed to be processed until after a period of time long enough to prevent any residues of these medicines from remaining in the meat.

Our butchers cut to order as accurately as possible but there may be a +/-10% variance. Our products are snap-frozen to maintain their texture and flavour and for ease of transport across Hong Kong.
When Butchering from the Primal Cut the individual meat may vary in size and thickness to meet the weight specification.
