Our Australian Premium Grain Fed Oxtails are just the perfect base for a hearty soup-rich beef flavour coming from the bones and marrow, an excellent cut of beef for soup, stews, and braising. We have cut these into 1.5-inch pieces.
Ingredients for Basic Beef Broth
- 1/2 kg of beef bones and 1/2 kg of meaty bones such as Ox tails
- 2L filtered water
- 2 celery stalks quartered, 2 carrots - quartered, 2 onions - quartered
- Handful of fresh parsley or rosemary, a pinch of salt and pepper
