Phillips Crab Cake Minis are small in size but big in flavour! Based on our original restaurant recipe, these minis are packed with premium, wild-caught crab meat in a traditional base made with breadcrumbs, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Tangy mustard, zesty lemon and our exclusive blend of seafood seasonings add rich, Maryland-style flavour to these hand-crafted cakes.

Perfect as an appetiser paired with cocktail or tartar sauce, our minis can also be used to stuff fish, chicken and mushrooms – or served in tortilla wraps with chipotle mayo and cabbage slaw to give Taco Tuesday an easy upgrade!

Ingredients:
Crab Meat, Sauce (Soybean Oil, Water, Egg, Acetic Acid, Sugar, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce [Malt Vinegar, Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Salt, Anchovies, Tamarind Extract, Onions, Garlic, Spice, Spice Flavor], Mustard Powder, Xanthan Gum And Tara Gum [Stabilizers]), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar, Yeast), Seafood Seasoning (Salt, Spices, Paprika), Parsley.
Allergic Contains: Crustacean Shellfish (Crab), Egg, Fish (Anchovies), Wheat.

Cooking Preparation
Remove crab cakes from all packaging before cooking. Crab cakes should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F/80°C.

Bake from Frozen:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place cakes on a lightly buttered baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 9 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Air Fry from Frozen: (Based on a 1550-watt Power XL air fryer. Air fryers vary; adjust cooking times as needed).

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes.

Pan Sauté from Thawed (Recommended):

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in a pan for about 1 minute over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce to medium heat. Carefully add crab cakes to the pan and cook for 3 ½ minutes, flip, and cook an additional 2 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil before serving.

Thawing Cakes: Defrost in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours before cooking.
Quick Thaw in Microwave:

  1. Remove crab cakes from all packaging and place them on a microwavable plate.
  2. Heat on high for 30 seconds, flip, and heat for another 15 seconds. Microwaves vary, adjust time as needed. Do not fully cook in the microwave.

CAUTION: May be extremely hot. Allow product to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Our butchers cut to order as accurately as possible but there may be a +/-10% variance. Our products are snap-frozen to maintain their texture and flavour and for ease of transport across Hong Kong.

When Butchering from the Primal Cut the individual steaks may vary in size and thickness to meet the weight specification.
