Cooking Instructions

  • Bake from Frozen:
    • Preheat oven to 200°C.
    • Place crab cakes on a lightly buttered baking sheet.
    • Bake for 9 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Air Fry from Frozen:
    • Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
    • Cook for 6–7 minutes, adjusting for different models as needed.
  • Pan Sauté from Thawed (Recommended):
    • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
    • Reduce heat to medium, add cakes, and cook for 3½ minutes.
    • Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden.
    • Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving.

Thawing Tips:

  • Thaw in refrigerator for 8–10 hours.
  • Quick thaw: Microwave on high for 30 seconds, flip, and heat for another 15 seconds (not recommended for full cooking).
