Cooking Instructions

Bake from Frozen:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place crab cakes on a lightly buttered baking sheet.
- Bake for 9 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

Air Fry from Frozen:
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Cook for 6–7 minutes, adjusting for different models as needed.

Pan Sauté from Thawed (Recommended):
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium, add cakes, and cook for 3½ minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden.
- Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving.
Thawing Tips:
- Thaw in refrigerator for 8–10 hours.
- Quick thaw: Microwave on high for 30 seconds, flip, and heat for another 15 seconds (not recommended for full cooking).
