Our naturally farmed Premium Quality New Zealand Lamb is a superior lamb and extremely tender and juicy. Aussie Meat Lamb is 100% grass-fed (AFFCO, Bluesky Horizon, Davmet, Silver Fern) and free of antibiotics and growth hormones for all to enjoy.

New Zealand Premium Lamb Shoulder is amazing no matter how you cook it. This simple roast does the meat proud. Lay a pinch of rosemary and 1 small garlic clove on the bottom of the roasting pan, rub the lamb with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the rest of the rosemary and garlic on top of the lamb then roast away, and set the oven at around 235℃.
