Australian Flathead Fish Fillets are hand-filleted and serve up a succulent and gentle all-rounder. A premium favourite, our market fresh flathead is caught along the southeastern coast of Australia. It boasts a light texture, gentle flavour and tender fillets.
Flatheads are superb table fishes, with finely textured flesh. It can also be steamed, poached, pan-fried or grilled. But many argue it is the best Australian fish for fish and chips.
