At Aussie Meat - Our fresh and chilled hormone-free grain-fed Australian Black Angus beef striploin, also known as sirloin, is found along the spine in the hindquarter, running from the ribs to the rump.  Coming from muscles that do less work, sirloin steaks have less fat and connective tissue making them lean, notably tender and juicy. 

Australian Black Angus Grain-Fed Striploin (Sirloin) is perfect for your Sunday roast.  This popular cut is best cooked using high-temperature methods.  Sirloin can also be thinly sliced for use in stir-fries. 

Australian Black Angus beef (Award winning Black Angus Beef from Australia's Riverina Region) is particularly noted for its distinctive natural marbling, flavour, and tenderness. Black Angus Beef delivers a reliable and consistent product to the most discerning customers.  All cattle are Hormone (HGP) Free.

Riverina Black Angus Beef is verified under the JBS Angus program. This program has been developed in line with strict industry standards. The verification ensures the highest level of traceability and integrity throughout our Angus supply chain. It is independently verified and overseen by industry regulators.

Australian Black Angus cattle are hand-selected from accredited farms, where special attention is placed on selective breeding utilising finely tuned genetics. These cattle are then grain fed on a specially formulated high-protein grain ration for over 120 days, to ensure superior marbling and consistent eating quality.

Our butchers cut to order as accurately as possible but there may be a +/-10% variance.  Our products are snap-frozen to maintain their texture and flavour and for ease of transport across Hong Kong.

When Butchering from the Primal Cut the individual steaks may vary in size and thickness to meet the weight specification.
