Kato Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Kato Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Marlborough, New Zealand. The vineyards are located in the Awatere Valley, where coastal influences protect the fruit from sharp morning frosts. The word Kato means "harvest" in Maori, referring to the unique heritage of the region.
This 2023 Kato Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc shows grassy, lime and passionfruit with great intensity that is classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is pure, natural and crisp with a long finish and subtle dryness. Well balanced and full of flavour.
Black Estate Pinot Gris 2022
The Black Wines Pinot Gris was made by winemaker Robert Black who is originally from Orange but now calls Mudgee home.
The wine shows enticing fresh pear and apple aromas with hints of citrus. On the palate, it is textural with a clean finish. The style is traditionally suited to short-term cellaring and is well-matched to rabbit stews, pork roasts, chicken casseroles and hard cheeses.
It is best served slightly chilled.
Journey's End Chardonnay 2022
"Clear and bright, straw with a hint of green. Expressive fruit, initially lemon and citrus, but under that, it’s more tropical and pineapple, all seamed through with crushed almond, savoury oak tones.
This is a layered, complex wine, the result of cool-grown fruit carefully handled, plus barrel selection. The palate is silky, with a tangy finish from the fruit and acid combination, extending the flavours."
Jacobs Creek Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
The premium full-bodied wine from Jacob's Creek Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon displays the intensity of ripe plum with peppery spice and a hint of coffee notes on the nose. It is balanced on the palate by the soft approachable tannins and cinnamon oak leading to a medium finish.
Ant Moore a+ Marlborough Pinot Noir 2022
Ant Moore's A+ range focuses on creating premium, small-batch wines that capture the bright, vibrant notes of the Marlborough fruit.
Earthiness and minerality enlighten the senses, with hints of red cherry with clove and spice. Cooked cherry and red fruit balances with cedar and chocolate, and hints of leather round out the generous mid-palate.
