Our premium ocean-catch Australian X-Large Tiger Prawns (Ocean Pearl) are everyone's favourites approximately 12-14cm long and perfect for any occasion.  Excellent either steamed or family's favourite prawn pasta - sizzle with a dash of garlic and butter, splash in the wine, season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice, then stir in the chopped parsley.  Yum!

For 6-8 prawns, length end-to-end is between 18-21cm size prawns per 500g pack, head-on and shell-on.

For 11-15 prawns, length end-to-end is between 12-14cm size prawns per 500g pack, head-on and shell-on.

Ocean catch is 100% natural, with no hormones or antibiotics.

Prawns Brand:
Ocean Pearl from Australia's Northern Territory region.

Cooking Method:
Experience the natural allure of wild-caught prawns, distinguished by their slightly darker hue influenced by their environment, unlike their farmed counterparts.

For optimal flavour and texture, we recommend thaw the prawns first then either grilling, BBQing, frying, deep-frying, or oven-baking these prawns.

For those inclined towards steaming or boiling, ensure the prawns are thawed first, then steam or boil for 6-8 minutes. For the ultimate steamed or boiled prawn experience, live prawns are recommended.

Limited supplies weekly.
