- 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milkĀ
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly slicedĀ
- 1 zucchini, thinly slicedĀ

- 1 tablespoon lime juiceĀ
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)Ā
