US Certified (USDA) Premium Black Angus Short Ribs Primal Cut

Ingredients:
- 1.5kg Beef Short Ribs
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
Method:
- Heat oven to 220°C. Place the ribs onto a wire rack with a tray underneath & bake for 1 hour. You can baste the ribs with the marinade every 15 minutes if you want additional flavour.
- If you are cooking these on the BBQ, heat the barbeque with the hood closed & bake on a wire rack in the barbecue until the ribs are browned & cooked through.
- You can use the rest of the marinade as a pour-over sauce as long as you bring it to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Do NOT use it without heating it as the raw pork has been sitting in it and you will risk contamination or make a new portion of of the marinade as above, bring to boil and simmer for 2 mins until thickens.
Serve with salad and/or baked potatoes.
