Ingredients:

  • 4 Pork shoulder steaks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • All-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Optional seasonings or spices of your choice (e.g., paprika, garlic powder, onion powder)
    Instructions:
    1. Season the pork shoulder steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides. You can also add any additional seasonings or spices according to your taste preferences.
    2. Place the flour in a shallow dish or plate. Dredge each pork shoulder steak in the flour, ensuring it is evenly coated on all sides.
    3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan, creating a shallow frying environment.
