How To Prepare Pan Fried Grass Fed Thick Cut Ribeye Steak?😍😍🌈🌈

Preparation Time: 10 mins / Cook Time: 10 mins / Serving: 4 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 700g Thick-cut steaks  
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • 1tbsp Cooking oil 
  • 25g Butter 
  • 1 Garlic cloves 
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme) 

Instructions: 

  1. Up to 8 hours before cooking, pat the steaks dry with kitchen paper and season them generously with salt and pepper. 
  2. Heat the oil in a heavy-based frying pan over high heat. Make sure the pan is large enough to comfortably fit both steaks. Once the oil is shimmering, reduce the heat to medium-high and add the butter. Allow the butter to sizzle. 
  3. Carefully place the steaks in the pan, tucking the garlic cloves and fresh herbs in at the sides. 
  4. Stand over the steaks with a pair of tongs and sear them, turning every 30 seconds to 1 minute, until they develop a nice brown crust. The cooking time will vary depending on your desired level of doneness: approximately 4 minutes for rare, 5-6 minutes for medium, and 8-10 minutes for well done. If you have a digital cooking thermometer, aim for internal temperatures of 50°C for rare, 60°C for medium, and 70°C for well done. 
  5. Once cooked, remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for at least 5 minutes.
