How To Prepare Mexican Prawn Tacos with Coconut Green Curry Marinade? 😍😍🌈🌈

Two prawns walked into a tortilla. One said to the other, "This is going to be shell of a taco!" Marinated in coconut green curry, served with avocado and cabbage - it's a fiesta in your mouth!

Preparation Time: 5 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins Serving: 4 
 
Ingredients: 

  • 2 packs of Ocean Catch Australian Prawns Marinated in Coconut Green Curry 
  • 8-10 small corn tortillas 
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage 
  • 1 avocado, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro 
  • Lime wedges, for serving 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 
  2. Remove the prawns from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. 
  3. Thread the prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred. 
  4. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side. 
  5. To assemble the tacos, place some shredded cabbage on each tortilla, then top with 2-3 prawns, a few slices of avocado, and a sprinkle of cilantro. 
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
