Ingredients:
- 1 x OCEAN CATCH NZ PREMIUM HOKI FILLETS IN TEMPURA BATTER (6 FILLETS, 450G)
- 1 bag pre-packaged coleslaw of choice (14–16 ounce)
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare coleslaw
- Open the bag of coleslaw mix & empty it into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl add the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, & celery seeds. Whisk everything together until well combined.
Serving
- Cook the Ocean Catch Hoki Fillets in Tempura Batter following the directions on the packaging for your cooking method.
- Serve it with you chilled coleslaw. Enjoy!
