Ingredients:

  • 1 x OCEAN CATCH NZ PREMIUM HOKI FILLETS IN TEMPURA BATTER (6 FILLETS, 450G)
  • 1 bag pre-packaged coleslaw of choice (14–16 ounce)
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare coleslaw

  1. Open the bag of coleslaw mix & empty it into a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl add the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, & celery seeds. Whisk everything together until well combined.

Serving

  1. Cook the Ocean Catch Hoki Fillets in Tempura Batter following the directions on the packaging for your cooking method.
  2. Serve it with you chilled coleslaw. Enjoy!
