Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (~150g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Method:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- >Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush them lightly with olive oil. Season both sides evenly with salt and pepper.
