Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins Serving: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (~150g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Method:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. >Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush them lightly with olive oil. Season both sides evenly with salt and pepper.
  3. >Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the preheated grill grates. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches your desired doneness.
