How To Prepare Chilli And Garlic Marinated Prawns Stir-Fry Rice Noodle? 😍😍🌈🌈

Ingredients:
- 250g prawns
- 125g dried rice noodles
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 red onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 bell pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
- 2 bok choi heads, quartered lengthways and chopped
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 2 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions:
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water, then drain well.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the chilli and garlic prawns, add the red onion and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper and chopped bok choy. Sprinkle over the palm sugar and stir well.
- Add the sauce mix and combine with the other ingredients. Add the rice noodles and stir for 1 minutes, serve.
