How To Prepare Chilli And Garlic Marinated Prawns Stir-Fry?

Ingredients:
- 250g Tiger Prawns or prawns marinated in chilli and garlic
- 125g dried rice noodles
- 2 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 red onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 bell pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
- 2 bok choi heads, quartered lengthways and chopped
- 1 Tbsp palm sugar
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions:
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water, then drain well.
- Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Stir-fry the chilli and garlic prawns. Add the red onion & cook for 4 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper & chopped bok choi. Sprinkle the palm sugar, stir well.
- Add in the sauce mix & combine with the ingredients.
- Serve immediately with the rice noodles.
