    How To Prepare Black Angus Ribeye Steak With Korean Marinade? 😍😍🌈🌈

    Ingredients:

    • 4 ribeye steaks
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp chili paste
    • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
    • 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

    Instructions:

    1. In a blender, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, garlic, ginger, spring onions, maple syrup, rice wine vinegar, and black pepper. Blend until the mixture is relatively smooth.
    2. Place the ribeye steaks in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are all well coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 2 hours, or up to overnight for more intense flavor.
    3. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature.
    4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.
    5. Place the marinated steaks on the hot grill and cook for 2 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust the cooking time as desired, about 3 minutes per side for medium and 5 minutes per side for well-done.
    6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
