How To Prepare BBQ Beef Rib Fingers with Honey Glaze?
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef rib fingers
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to make the rub.
- Rub the beef rib fingers generously with the spice rub.
- Place the beef rib fingers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is tender and falls off the bone.
- While the beef is cooking, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl to make the glaze.
- After 3-4 hours, remove the foil from the baking dish and brush the beef rib fingers with the glaze.
- Return the beef to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
- Remove from the oven and let the beef rib fingers rest for a few minutes before serving.
