BBQ Beef Rib Fingers with Honey Glaze are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Tender, smoky beef rib fingers brushed with a sweet and tangy honey glaze, perfect for your next barbecue or gathering.

How To Prepare BBQ Beef Rib Fingers with Honey Glaze?

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef rib fingers
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F.
  2. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to make the rub.
  3. Rub the beef rib fingers generously with the spice rub.
  4. Place the beef rib fingers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is tender and falls off the bone.
  6. While the beef is cooking, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl to make the glaze.
  7. After 3-4 hours, remove the foil from the baking dish and brush the beef rib fingers with the glaze.
  8. Return the beef to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the beef rib fingers rest for a few minutes before serving.
