                          Ingredients:

                          • 2 barramundi fillets, scaled
                          • 1 tablespoon Chinese Five Spice powder
                          • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
                          • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
                          • 2 cloves garlic, minced
                          • 1-2 red chilli peppers, thinly sliced (adjust according to your spice preference)
                          • 1 bunch of Chinese greens (e.g., bok choy or gai lan), washed and trimmed
                          • Salt, to tasteSteamed jasmine rice, for serving

                          Instructions:

                          1. Rinse the barramundi fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Make a few diagonal cuts on the fish, about 1 inch apart.
                          2. Rub the Chinese Five Spice powder all over the fillets.
                          3. Place the fish on a heatproof dish that fits inside your steamer basket.
                          4. In a small bowl, mix together the light soy sauce and sesame oil. Drizzle this mixture over the fish, making sure to pour some into the cuts.
                          5. In a wok or pan, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced chilli peppers. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
                          6. Add the Chinese greens to the wok or pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they start to wilt. Season with salt to taste.
                          7. Arrange the stir-fried greens around the fish in the dish.
                          8. Fill a wok or large pot with water, about 2 inches deep. Place a steamer rack inside, making sure the water does not touch the rack. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
                          9. Once the water is boiling, carefully place the dish with the fish and greens onto the steamer rack. Cover the wok or pot with a lid.
                          10. Steam the barramundi for about 10-12 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fish, so adjust accordingly.
                          11. Serve the steamed barramundi fish and greens hot with steamed jasmine rice.
