      Ingredients:

      • 1 lamb rack, cap off, frenched, cut into individual chops
      • 3 tablespoons olive oil
      • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
      • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
      • 1 teaspoon salt
      • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

      Instructions:

      1. Pat dry the lamb rack and cut it into individual chops.
      2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chopped rosemary, garlic powder (or minced garlic), salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb chops and gently toss to coat them in the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the lamb marinate for about 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
      3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F/195°C for 4 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket or tray with oil spray to prevent sticking.
      4. Place the lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray, ensuring they are not overlapping.
      5. Air fry the lamb chops at 380°F/195°C for 8 minutes. Flip the chops and continue air frying for another 3-6 minutes, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness.
      6. Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
      7. Serve the Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops warm as a flavorful and tender dish.
