食材

  • 2 塊黃鰭鮪排 

  • 2 湯匙是拉差辣椒醬

  • 2 湯匙醬油

  • 1 大匙蜂蜜

  • 1 湯匙酸橙汁

  • 1 茶匙磨碎的生薑

  • 2 瓣大蒜,切碎

  • 1 湯匙植物油

  • 鹽和胡椒粉適量

  • 切碎的蔥花和芝麻作點綴

製作方法

  1. 在一個小碗中,將是拉差辣椒醬、醬油、蜂蜜、萊姆汁、薑末、蒜末、植物油、鹽和胡椒粉攪拌均勻

  2. 將黃鰭鮪魚排放入淺盤中,淋上醃泡汁確保魚排四面都充分裹上醃料在冰箱中醃製約 30 分鐘至 1 小時,讓魚肉充分入味

  3. 將烤架或烤盤預熱至中高火

  4. 將鮪魚排從醃泡汁中取出,保留醃泡汁用於澆注用紙巾將排拍乾,以便更好地烤製

  5. 將黃鰭鮪魚排放在預熱好的烤架或烤盤上根據魚排的厚度,每面烤約 2-3 分鐘烹調時用預留的醃泡汁塗抹牛排

  6. 當鮪魚排外焦裡嫩,但中間仍略帶粉紅色時,將其從烤架上取下注意不要烤得過熟,因為黃鰭鮪魚最適合中熟享用

  7. 將烤好的鮪魚排放入盤中用切碎的蔥花和芝麻點綴,增加新鮮感和酥脆感

  8. 將辣味斯里拉卡黃鰭鮪魚牛排作為主菜熱食,配上蒸米飯或烤蔬

  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

製作說明:

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the Yellowfin Tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the steaks are well coated on all sides. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, allowing the flavors to penetrate the fish.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  6. Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and reserve the marinade for basting. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels to promote better searing.
  7. Place the Yellowfin Tuna steaks on the preheated grill or grill pan. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steaks. Baste the steaks with the reserved marinade while cooking.
  8. Remove the tuna steaks from the grill when they are seared on the outside but still slightly pink in the center. Be careful not to overcook, as Yellowfin Tuna is best enjoyed medium-rare.
  9. Transfer the grilled tuna steaks to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds to add a touch of freshness and crunch.
  10. Serve the Spicy Sriracha Yellowfin Tuna steaks hot as a main dish, accompanied by a side of steamed rice or grilled vegetables.
