原料

  • ~1.5kg去骨牛小排切成~2cm塊
  • 2杯紅酒
  • 2杯雞湯
  • 1/4 杯麵粉
  • 1根白胡蘿蔔,切成1.5厘米的三角形塊
  • 一些百里香葉
  • 胡椒和鹽
  • 1小塊姜

方法

  1. 將排骨和麵粉混合在一個大碗裡。
  2. 在砂鍋中加熱一些油,然後將混合好的排骨放入高溫中,直到全部變成褐色,大約需要5分鐘。
  3. 加入酒和雞高湯,煮沸後轉文火。
  4. 蓋上蓋子,用小火加熱至牛肉變軟,大約需要 2-2.5 小時。
  5. 加入胡蘿蔔、百里香和生薑。在大約 30 分鐘內繼續蓋上蓋子和小火。
