1 磅(450 克)混合海鮮(如三文魚、鱈魚、蝦、蜆、青口、魷魚、帶子

1 顆洋蔥,切碎

3 瓣大蒜,切碎

1 個紅甜椒,切丁

1 罐(14 盎司/400 公克)番茄丁

2 杯(480 毫升)魚湯或海鮮湯

1/2 杯(120 毫升)白酒

2 湯匙橄欖油

1 茶匙乾燥百里香

1 茶匙乾牛至

鹽和胡椒粉適量

切碎的新鮮歐芹(裝飾用

脆麵包(供食用

做法說明

              在大鍋中,以中火加熱橄欖油加入切碎的洋蔥、蒜蓉和切丁的紅甜椒炒至洋蔥呈半透明狀,辣椒略為變軟

              在鍋中加入番茄丁(連同汁水),攪拌均勻燉煮幾分鐘,使味道融合

              倒入魚湯或海鮮湯和白酒攪拌乾百里香和牛至依個人口味加入鹽和胡椒調味

              將湯汁小火慢燉將混合海鮮放入鍋中,確保海鮮浸沒在高湯中加蓋煮約 5-7 分鐘,直至海鮮煮熟,蜆和青口開口丟棄未打開的貝殼

              將鍋子從火上拿開用切碎的香菜裝飾燉湯

              燉湯趁熱上桌,再配上脆麵包,並沾著鮮美的湯汁食用

              材料:

              • 1 pound (450g) mixed seafood (such as salmon, cod, shrimp, clams, mussels, squid, scallops)
              • 1 onion, finely chopped
              • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
              • 1 red bell pepper, diced
              • 1 can (14 ounces/400g) diced tomatoes
              • 2 cups (480ml) fish or seafood broth
              • 1/2 cup (120ml) white wine
              • 2 tablespoons olive oil
              • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
              • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
              • Salt and pepper to taste
              • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
              • Crusty bread (for serving)

              製作說明:

              1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the peppers are slightly softened.
              2. Add the diced tomatoes (with their juices) to the pot and stir well. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
              3. Pour in the fish or seafood broth and white wine. Stir in the dried thyme and oregano. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
              4. Bring the liquid to a gentle simmer. Add the mixed seafood to the pot, ensuring that the seafood is submerged in the broth. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the clams and mussels have opened. Discard any unopened shells.
              5. Remove the pot from the heat. Garnish the seafood stew with freshly chopped parsley.
              6. Serve the seafood stew hot, accompanied by crusty bread for dipping into the flavorful broth.
