香煎鮭魚配菠菜奶油意麵食譜

  • 1 湯匙橄欖油

  • 1 磅鮭魚片

  • 1/4 茶匙鹽

  • 3 瓣大蒜,切碎

  • 1/4 杯油漬曬乾番茄,切碎

  • 5 盎司新鮮菠菜

  • 1 杯濃奶油

  • 1/4 茶匙辣椒粉

  • 1/8 茶匙紅辣椒片

  • 8 盎司長通

做法說明

  1. 在大平底鍋中加入 1 湯匙橄欖油,以中高火燒熱用鹽巴給鮭魚片調味油熱後,將鮭魚片肉朝下(皮朝上)。 用中高火煎約 4 分鐘,然後將火調至中火將鮭魚片翻轉到另一面(魚皮朝下),再煎 4 或 5 分鐘,直到鮭魚呈現薄片狀將鮭魚從平底鍋中取出

  1. 在同一平底鍋中,加入蒜蓉和切碎的乾番茄烹調並攪拌 1 分鐘加入新鮮菠菜,繼續烹調和攪拌,直到菠菜變蔫,持續幾分鐘

  1. 倒入濃奶油,然後加入辣椒粉和紅辣椒片將混合物煮沸並燜煮約 1 分鐘,不時攪拌依個人口味加入鹽調味

  1. 在煮醬汁的同時,請依照包裝說明將通心粉煮至軟爛瀝乾煮熟的義大利麵

  1. 將煮熟並瀝乾的義大利麵與奶油醬一起放入平底鍋中攪拌均勻

如何準備香煎鮭魚配菠菜奶油意麵? 😍😍🌈🌈

材料:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 8 oz penne pasta

製作說明:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt. When the oil is hot, add the salmon fillets flesh side down (skin side up). Sear for about 4 minutes over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to medium. Flip the salmon fillets to the other side (skin side down) and sear for another 4 or 5 minutes until the salmon is flaky. Remove the salmon from the skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add the fresh spinach and continue cooking and stirring until the spinach wilts, for a couple of minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, then add the paprika and red pepper flakes. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it simmer for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Season with salt to taste.
  4. While the sauce is simmering, cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the cooked pasta.
  5. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet with the cream sauce. Stir to combine.
  6. Remove the skin from the seared salmon fillets and slice the salmon into large chunks. Add the salmon chunks to the creamy pasta mixture and gently stir to incorporate. Simmer for a minute or more until the salmon is warmed through and cooked to desired doneness. The salmon should be flaky.
  7. Season with additional salt if needed.
