烤馬尾鯛魚 柑橘風味,香草黃油口感。完美烤製的魚肉,配以檸檬和青檸的香味,再加上芳香的香草,令人回味無窮。堪稱美食傑作。

材料:
4 片馬尾鯛魚片
鹽和胡椒適量
2 湯匙橄欖油
2 湯匙無鹽黃油
2 瓣大蒜,切碎
1 個檸檬的汁
1 湯匙切碎的新鮮歐芹
1 湯匙切碎的新鮮蒔蘿
1 個檸檬的皮
檸檬片,點綴用
製作方法:
用紙巾將馬尾鯛魚片拍幹。用鹽和胡椒調味。
在大平底鍋中加入橄欖油,中高火燒熱。油熱後,小心地將魚片放入平底鍋中,魚皮朝下。烹煮 3-4 分鐘,直至表皮酥脆並呈金黃色。
翻轉魚片,再煮 2-3 分鐘,直至魚肉不透明,用叉子能輕易地剝開。將魚片從平底鍋中取出,放入盤中。
在同一平底鍋中,用中火融化黃油。加入蒜蓉,煮 1-2 分鐘,直到蒜蓉散發出香味並呈淡金色。
將平底鍋離火,加入檸檬汁、切碎的歐芹、切碎的蒔蘿和檸檬皮攪拌。用鹽和胡椒調味。
用勺子將檸檬香草醬淋在煮好的馬尾鯛魚片上。讓鯛魚片靜置一分鐘,以吸收其中的味道。
將煎好的馬尾鯛魚片趁熱上桌,再用新鮮香草和檸檬片點綴。與蒸蔬菜、烤薯仔或米飯搭配也很不錯。

- 4 Saddle Tail Snapper fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Lemon wedges, for serving
製作說明:
- Pat the Saddle Tail Snapper fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the fillets in the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove the fillets from the skillet and transfer them to a plate.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, and lemon zest. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the lemon herb sauce over the cooked Saddle Tail Snapper fillets. Allow the fillets to rest for a minute to absorb the flavors.
- Serve the pan-seared Saddle Tail Snapper fillets hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs and lemon wedges. They pair well with steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a side of rice.
