材料

4 尾鯛魚片

鹽和胡椒適量

2 湯匙橄欖油

2 湯匙無鹽黃油

2 瓣大蒜,切碎

1 個檸檬的汁

1 湯匙切碎的新鮮歐芹

1 湯匙切碎的新鮮蒔蘿

1 個檸檬的皮

檸檬片,點綴

製作方法

用紙巾將馬尾鯛魚片拍幹。用鹽和胡椒調味

在大平底鍋中加入橄欖油,中高火燒熱。油熱後,小心地將魚片放入平底鍋中,魚皮朝下。烹煮 3-4 分鐘,直至表皮酥脆並呈金黃色

翻轉魚片,再煮 2-3 分鐘,直至魚肉不透明,用叉子能輕易地剝開。將魚片從平底鍋中取出,放入盤中

在同一平底鍋中,用中火融化黃油。加入蒜蓉,煮 1-2 分鐘,直到蒜蓉散發出香味並呈淡金色

將平底鍋離火,加入檸檬汁、切碎的歐芹、切碎的蒔蘿和檸檬皮攪拌。用鹽和胡椒調味

用勺子將檸檬香草醬淋在煮好的尾鯛魚片上。讓鯛魚片靜置一分鐘,以吸收其中的味道

材料:

  • 4 Saddle Tail Snapper fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

製作說明:

  1. Pat the Saddle Tail Snapper fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the fillets in the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  3. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove the fillets from the skillet and transfer them to a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and lightly golden.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, and lemon zest. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon the lemon herb sauce over the cooked Saddle Tail Snapper fillets. Allow the fillets to rest for a minute to absorb the flavors.
  7. Serve the pan-seared Saddle Tail Snapper fillets hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs and lemon wedges. They pair well with steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a side of rice.
