燉牛尾食譜

原料:

  • 1公斤牛尾

  • 食用油

  • 2大匙糖

  • 1 洋蔥

  • 2 瓣蒜

  • 混合甜椒

  • 1茶匙通用調味料

  • 2茶匙咖哩粉

  • 1茶匙辣椒片

  • 1茶匙番茄醬

  • 1/2 罐 西紅柿

  • 1/4 杯 紅酒

  • 1 杯 雞湯

  • 3 杯水在烹飪之間

指示:

  1. 鍋中倒入少許油,燒熱;加入糖並使其焦糖化(小心不要燒焦)
  2. 加入牛尾,煎至金黃色
  3. 加入洋蔥,炒至軟;加鹽調味
  4. 加入蒜瓣和青椒攪拌
  5. 加入所有香料,煮 2 分鐘
  6. 加入番茄醬攪拌
  7. 加入西紅柿,煮 2-3 分鐘
  8. 倒入紅酒和雞湯
  9. 小火慢煮長達 4 小時(在烹飪之間加水)

材料:

  • 1Kg Oxtail
  • Cooking Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon All-purpose Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 can Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Red wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 3 cups Water in between cooking

製作說明:

  1. Heat some oil in a pot
  2. add the sugar and allow it to caramelise (careful not to burn)
  3. Add oxtail and fry until golden brown
  4. Add the onion and fry until soft
  5. season to taste with salt
  6. Stir in the garlic cloves and bell peppers
  7. Add all the spices and allow to cook for 2 minutes
  8. Stir in the ketchup
  9. Add the tomatoes and allow them to cook for 2-3 minutes
  10. Pour in the red wine and chicken stock
  11. Lower heat and leave to slow cook up to 4 hours (adding water in between cooking)
