材料:

· 4 塊黑鱈魚片

· 鹽和胡椒適量

· 2 湯匙橄欖油

· 2 瓣大蒜,切碎

· 1 湯匙新鮮檸檬汁

· 1 茶匙檸檬皮

· 1 茶匙切碎的新鮮百里香

· 1 茶匙切碎的新鮮迷迭香

· 檸檬片(上菜用)

· 切碎的新鮮歐芹(裝飾用)

做法說明:

1. 將烤箱預熱至華氏 400 度(200 攝氏度)。

2. 用鹽和胡椒粉在黑鱈魚片的兩面調味。

3. 取一小碗,加入橄欖油、蒜末、檸檬汁、檸檬皮、百里香碎和迷迭香碎,攪拌均勻。

4. 將黑鱈魚片放入烤盤或鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤中。

5. 將準備好的橄欖油混合物淋在魚片上,確保魚片充分裹上橄欖油。

6. 將烤盤或烤盤放入預熱好的烤箱,烤黑鱈魚約 12-15 分鐘,直到魚肉不透明,用叉子輕輕一叉即可。 根據魚片的厚度,烤製時間可能會略有不同。

7. 烤魚的同時,用平底鍋將培根煎至金黃,擱置一旁,待其變脆。

8. 烤好後,將黑鱈魚從烤箱中取出,靜置幾分鐘。

材料:

  • 4 black cod fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 slices of bacon, or 10-20g bacon bites
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

製作說明:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the black cod fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped thyme, and chopped rosemary.
  4. Place the black cod fillets in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle the prepared olive oil mixture over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Place the baking dish or sheet in the preheated oven and roast the black cod for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time may vary slightly depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  7. Along the time baking the fish, cook the bacon till golden in a pan, set aside and rest till crispy.
  8. Once cooked, remove the black cod from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  9. Serve the roasted black cod fillets with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the fish. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and bacon.
