如何準備古法蜜汁烤火腿?😍😍🌈🌈
材料:
製作說明:
- 將烤箱預熱至 175°C (350°F),並將烤架置於烤箱中間。
- 在一個小碗中,將第戎芥末、黑糖和百里香混合在一起。
- 將火腿肥肉面朝上,放入大烤盤中。將芥末醬抹滿火腿。將菠蘿汁倒入烤盤底部。
- 烤火腿 2 小時,每 20 分鐘用鳳梨汁澆一次。
- 2 小時後,從烤箱取出火腿,將烤箱溫度升至 200°C (400°F)。
- 用牙籤將菠蘿圈固定在火腿上,在每個環中間放一顆櫻桃。在菠蘿圈上灑上少許黑糖
- 將火腿放回烤箱,不加掩蓋,烤至菠蘿圈變成淺金黃色。休息 15 分鐘後再切片。
