- 2 packs of Ocean Catch Australian Prawns Marinated in Coconut Green Curry
- 8-10 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving

- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove the prawns from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Thread the prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
- To assemble the tacos, place some shredded cabbage on each tortilla, then top with 2-3 prawns, a few slices of avocado, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
