材料:

  • 2 個蟹餅
  • 2 顆酪梨
  • 特級初榨橄欖油
  • 猶太鹽

製作說明:

  1. 按照包裝上的烹調方式烹製馬里蘭蟹餅的同時,準備烤酪梨。
  2. 預熱烤架至中高火。
  3. 將酪梨對半切開並去核(請參考影片學習安全去核方法!)。
  4. 在切面上輕灑猶太鹽,並稍微淋上橄欖油。
  5. 將切面朝下放在烤架上,烤約 4 至 6 分鐘,直到出現烤痕。
