  • 4條龍蝦尾
  • 鹽和黑胡椒
  • 1/4杯融化的奶油
  • 3瓣蒜末
  • 1/2茶匙紅椒粉
  • 1茶匙百里香,切碎
  • 1茶匙迷迭香,切碎
  • 1茶匙歐芹,切碎

製作說明:

  1. 預熱烤箱至燒烤模式或500華氏度。首先準備龍蝦尾。使用廚房剪刀沿著中心將龍蝦尾劃開,鬆開肉質並將龍蝦肉向上拉。給肉上鹽和黑胡椒,並放在烤盤上。
  2. 在小碗中攪拌融化的奶油、大蒜、紅椒粉、百里香、迷迭香和歐芹。均勻塗抹在每條龍蝦尾上。
