如何製作蜂蜜大蒜黏蜜雞柳?
材料:
製作說明:
- 將玉米澱粉、鹽、胡椒和奧勒岡葉混合在一個淺盤中。
- 將雞柳裹上澱粉混合物。
- 同時,在一個12英寸的平底鍋中,將1湯匙黃油和1湯匙橄欖油用中高火加熱。
- 將雞柳放入熱鍋中煎5分鐘。翻面後,加入1湯匙黃油,繼續煮4分鐘,直到雞肉熟透。使用即時讀取溫度計檢查熟度。當內部溫度達到165˚F時,雞肉已煮熟。
