How To Prepare Hoki Fillets In Tempura Batter With Coleslaw?

1 x OCEAN CATCH NZ PREMIUM HOKI FILLETS IN TEMPURA BATTER (6 FILLETS, 450G)
1 bag pre-packaged coleslaw of choice (14–16 ounce)
½ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp celery seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Cook the Ocean Catch Hoki Fillets in Tempura Batter following the directions on the packaging for your cooking method whilst preparing the Coleslaw
1. Open the bag of coleslaw mix & empty it into a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl add the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, & celery seeds. Whisk everything together until well combined.
3. Pour the sauce over the coleslaw & toss until completely covered. Taste & season with salt & pepper.
4. For best results let the slaw chill for at least an hour in the fridge or optimally overnight. But, it can be served immediately if desired.
