    How To Prepare Hoki Bake With Tomato And Basil?

    材料:

    • 6 Hoki fillets (skinless and boneless)
    • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

    製作說明:

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
    2. Place the Hoki fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
    3. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and basil leaves. Mix well.
    4. Spread the tomato and basil mixture evenly over the Hoki fillets.
    5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
    7. Serve warm with a side of steamed vegetables or crusty bread.
