- 4 塊三文魚柳(每塊約 150 公克)
- 2 湯匙橄欖油
- 1 茶匙鹽
- 1/2 茶匙黑胡椒
- 1 顆檸檬
製作說明:
- 將烤架預熱至中高火。
- 用紙巾將三文魚柳拍乾,然後輕輕刷上橄欖油。用鹽和胡椒粉均勻地調味。
- 將三文魚柳皮朝下放在預熱好的烤架上。每面烤 4-5 分鐘,直到用叉子能輕易地剝開並達到所需的熟度。
- 將烤好的魚柳放入盤中。上桌前在上面擠上新鮮檸檬汁。

- 4 salmon fillets (~150g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
製作說明:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush them lightly with olive oil. Season both sides evenly with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the preheated grill grates. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches your desired doneness.
- Transfer the grilled salmon fillets to a serving plate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top just before serving.
- Serve the simple grilled salmon immediately, with the remaining lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy the bright, citrusy flavour that the lemon juice adds to the delicate salmon.
