美味的安格斯牛肉漢堡食譜

原料:

美國認證 (USDA) 優質原味安格斯牛肉漢堡肉餅(~80% VL,4 X 227G)
粗鹽和現磨胡椒粉
8 片切達干酪薄片(可選)
4 個軟芝麻麵包,分開
生菜、番茄片和洋蔥作為澆頭

方法:

1. 將烤架(或 BBQ 烤架)預熱至高溫。用鹽和胡椒調味牛肉漢堡。燒烤,不受干擾,直到底部標記,3 到 5 分鐘。轉動並燒烤,直到另一面有標記,牛肉漢堡感覺很硬,再烤 3 到 5 分鐘;在最後 2 分鐘的烹飪過程中,在每個漢堡上放上 2 片奶酪,並蓋上鋁箔以融化奶酪。
2.將牛肉漢堡放在麵包上;上面放生菜、西紅柿和洋蔥。
3.最後加入你最喜歡的醬汁。
4. 搭配您最喜歡的配菜享用。

材料:

  • 8 Beef Burger Patties
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 8 thin slices cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 4 soft sesame buns, split
  • lettuce, sliced tomato and onion for topping

製作說明:

  1. Preheat a grill (or BBQ Grill) to high. Season the beef burgers with salt & pepper. Grill, undisturbed, until marked on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes. Turn & grill until the other side is marked & the beef burgers feel firm, 3 to 5 more minutes
  2. top each burger with 2 slices cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking & cover with a aluminium foil to melt the cheese.
  3. Serve the Beef Burgers on the buns
  4. top with lettuce, tomato and onion.
  5. To finish add your favourite sauce to top it off.
  6. Serve with your favourite side dishes and relish.
