8 片切達干酪薄片(可選)
4 個軟芝麻麵包,分開
生菜、番茄片和洋蔥作為澆頭
方法:
1. 將烤架(或 BBQ 烤架)預熱至高溫。用鹽和胡椒調味牛肉漢堡。燒烤,不受干擾,直到底部標記,3 到 5 分鐘。轉動並燒烤,直到另一面有標記,牛肉漢堡感覺很硬,再烤 3 到 5 分鐘;在最後 2 分鐘的烹飪過程中,在每個漢堡上放上 2 片奶酪,並蓋上鋁箔以融化奶酪。

- 8 Beef Burger Patties
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 8 thin slices cheddar cheese (optional)
- 4 soft sesame buns, split
- lettuce, sliced tomato and onion for topping
製作說明:
- Preheat a grill (or BBQ Grill) to high. Season the beef burgers with salt & pepper. Grill, undisturbed, until marked on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes. Turn & grill until the other side is marked & the beef burgers feel firm, 3 to 5 more minutes
- top each burger with 2 slices cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking & cover with a aluminium foil to melt the cheese.
- Serve the Beef Burgers on the buns
- top with lettuce, tomato and onion.
- To finish add your favourite sauce to top it off.
- Serve with your favourite side dishes and relish.
