歐洲整葉菠菜
如何製作蒜香炒菠菜?
材料:
製作說明:
- 將菠菜用冷水徹底沖洗乾淨,確保沒有雜質。用沙拉甩乾器甩乾,讓葉片上保留少許水分即可。
- 在一個非常大的鍋或荷蘭鍋中,用中火加熱橄欖油,加入大蒜翻炒約1分鐘,但不要炒至變色。
- 將所有的菠菜、鹽和黑胡椒加入鍋中,與大蒜和橄欖油一起翻拌均勻。蓋上鍋蓋,煮約2分鐘。
- 打開鍋蓋,將火調至高火,繼續煮約1分鐘,用木勺攪拌,直到菠菜完全變軟。
- 用漏勺將菠菜舀到上菜用的碗中,加入黃油、一點檸檬汁,並撒上少許海鹽或猶太鹽。趁熱上桌享用。
