如何準備大蒜奶油豬肉法式切排?

準備時間:

供食用:
2人份

材料:

  • 2塊法式切割豬排
  • 粗鹽
  • 研磨黑胡椒
  • 1湯匙食用油
  • 2湯匙無鹽黃油,融化
  • 3枝百里香
  • 4瓣大蒜
  • 1撮鹽
  • 檸檬角

製作說明:

  1. 將豬排兩面均勻撒上鹽和研磨黑胡椒調味。
  2. 用中高火加熱平底鍋,加入食用油、融化的黃油和百里香。將豬排放入鍋中,每面煎約3分鐘,或直到表面呈淡金黃色。
  3. 將大蒜加入鍋中,繼續翻轉豬排,並翻炒大蒜,直到大蒜呈淡金黃色。加入一撮鹽調味。
  4. 從火上取下豬排,立即搭配檸檬角一起上桌享用。
