如何準備簡單的西蘭花湯?

材料:

  • 1包歐洲花椰菜混合(450克) | 新品
  • 1顆大馬鈴薯,切丁
  • 2升雞湯或蔬菜湯

吐司三明治材料

  • 7片麵包
  • 175克起司,刨絲 – 可選車打起司、紅萊斯特起司或任何藍起司
  • 1顆蛋,打散
  • 3根青蔥,切碎
  • 幾滴伍斯特醬

製作說明:

  1. 將烤箱預熱至200°C(風扇模式180°C,煤氣爐6檔)。將馬鈴薯和高湯放入鍋中煮沸,轉小火燉煮10分鐘,直到馬鈴薯變軟。接著加入花椰菜和適量調味料,再煮4-5分鐘。將湯用攪拌機打至順滑,然後倒回鍋中保溫,準備製作吐司三明治。
  2. 將1片麵包打碎成麵包屑,然後拌入起司、雞蛋和青蔥。將這個混合物均勻塗抹在3片麵包上,滴上幾滴伍斯特醬,然後用剩下的麵包片將它們夾起來。刷上一層油,放入烤箱烤10分鐘,中途翻面,直到外皮酥脆金黃、內餡融化。將吐司切成三角形,搭配湯品一起上桌。
