    材料:

    • 4 條 OCEAN CATCH 澳洲肺魚片去骨帶皮
    • 1 湯匙橄欖油,或根據需要

    麵包屑面層

    • 1杯乾麵包屑
    • ½ 茶匙海鮮調味料(如 Old Bay® )
    • ½ 茶匙大蒜粉
    • ½ 茶匙洋蔥粉
    • ½ 茶匙檸檬皮屑
    • 1 撮干百里香

    檸檬黃油羅勒醬

    • 1 杯融化的黃油
    • ¼ 杯檸檬汁
    • ¼杯白葡萄酒
    • 2 湯匙切碎的新鮮羅勒,或品嚐

    製作說明:
