如何準備脆皮西蘭花沙拉?

製作說明:
- 將烤箱預熱至200°C(風扇模式180°C,氣體標示6級)。將杏仁粉和印度香料粉(garam masala)混合,並加入一些調味料。將綠花椰菜塊與雞蛋攪拌均勻,使其裹上一層蛋液,然後放入杏仁粉混合物中,確保均勻裹上。將其放在鋪了烘焙紙的烤盤上,放入烤箱烤15分鐘。
- 將紅洋蔥與一半檸檬汁和少許水混合,靜置一旁稍微醃製。將剩餘的檸檬汁與優格混合,調味後放置一旁。
- 在大碗中,將煮熟的混合穀物與芝麻菜和大部分的紅洋蔥混合。淋入一半的醬汁,攪拌均勻後,將其倒入上菜盤,並將烤脆的綠花椰菜放在上面。最後淋上剩餘的醬汁,撒上薄荷葉和最後的紅洋蔥片作為裝飾。
