  • 1包歐洲綠花椰菜混合(450克) | 新品
  • 125克奶油奶酪
  • 2.5湯匙水
  • 鹽和胡椒,依個人口味調整H
  • 少許肉豆蔻粉

製作說明:

  1. 將綠花椰菜煮沸7分鐘,或直到變軟。瀝乾,並保留少量煮菜水。
  2. 加入奶油奶酪、調味料和2.5湯匙煮菜水,然後用攪拌機打至光滑。
  3. 如果需要更稀的醬汁,可以再加入少許水。
