材料:

  • 1 包海洋捕撈新西蘭無骨去皮無皮鱈魚片
  • 3 茶匙磨碎的新鮮生薑
  • 2 個檸檬,磨碎的果皮和果汁
  • 1湯匙植物油
  • 1個大洋蔥,切碎
  • 1茶匙咖哩粉
  • 1 茶匙薑黃粉
  • 1 茶匙切碎和去籽的紅辣椒
  • 1 根肉桂棒
  • 400克罐裝椰奶

製作說明:

  1. 將魚、姜、檸檬皮和果汁混合在一個非金屬碗中。蓋上蓋子並冷藏 20 分鐘。
  2. 在不粘鍋中加熱油。加入洋蔥,煮至變軟。
