材料:

  • 250 克老虎蝦或用辣椒和大蒜醃製的蝦
  • 125 克乾米粉
  • 2 湯匙葵花籽油
  • 1 顆紅洋蔥,去皮並切片
  • 1 顆甜椒,去籽並切條
  • 2 顆上海青,縱向切四分之一並切碎
  • 1 湯匙棕櫚糖
  • 2 湯匙李錦記辣椒大蒜醬
  • 1 湯匙李錦記極品黑醬油

製作說明:

  1. 將米粉浸泡在熱水中,然後瀝乾水分。
  2. 在鍋中加熱油至高火,將辣椒大蒜蝦炒熟。加入紅洋蔥,煮約4分鐘。
  3. 加入甜椒和切碎的上海青,撒上棕櫚糖,攪拌均勻。
  4. 加入醬料混合物,與食材充分融合。
  5. 立即與米粉一起上桌享用。
