方法:
1. 煮或烤豬排直到煮熟(145 華氏度並保持該溫度約 4 分鐘)

- 4 Pork Collar Steaks
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Coloured Bell Peppers, sliced thin
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- Cook or Grill Pork Chops until cooked through (145 degrees Fahrenheit & holding that temp for approx 4 minutes)
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in medium skillet, add onions, peppers & sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Sautee onions & peppers to desired doneness.
- Once pork chops & peppers are done, top each pork chop with peppers, onions followed by shredded cheese.
- Allow cheese to melt and enjoy.
- Serve with cooked mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.
