奶酪胡椒杜洛克豬排食譜

原料:

4 x 無激素西班牙杜洛克豬頸肉(肩肉)牛排(約 2 厘米厚,250 克)
1湯匙橄欖油
2 個彩色甜椒,切成薄片
1 個切碎的洋蔥
1湯匙意大利調味料
1/2 杯切碎的切達干酪

方法:
1. 煮或烤豬排直到煮熟(145 華氏度並保持該溫度約 4 分鐘)
2. 同時,在中型煎鍋中加熱橄欖油,加入洋蔥、辣椒並撒上意大利調味料。
3. 將洋蔥和辣椒炒至所需的熟度。
4. 豬排和辣椒做好後,在每塊豬排上放上辣椒、洋蔥和切碎的奶酪。

  • 4 Pork Collar Steaks
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Coloured Bell Peppers, sliced thin
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

製作說明:

  1. Cook or Grill Pork Chops until cooked through (145 degrees Fahrenheit & holding that temp for approx 4 minutes)
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in medium skillet, add onions, peppers & sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  3. Sautee onions & peppers to desired doneness.
  4. Once pork chops & peppers are done, top each pork chop with peppers, onions followed by shredded cheese.
  5. Allow cheese to melt and enjoy.
  6. Serve with cooked mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.
