如何準備卡真龍蝦尾?

龍蝦尾
- 將烤箱預熱至375°F(190°C)。
- 使用廚房剪刀,小心地沿著龍蝦尾中間垂直剪開,直到剪到扇形尾部前的最後一道橫線。
- 輕輕地將龍蝦肉從殼中分離,以提起的方式操作,但不要將肉從尾部扇形部分拉出。
- 將殼輕輕合攏,再將龍蝦肉擺放在殼的上方。
- 在龍蝦肉上刷上橄欖油。
- 均勻撒上卡真調味料和紅椒粉。
- 將龍蝦尾放入鋪有烘焙紙或鋁箔紙的烤盤中,放在烤箱中層,每1盎司烤1.5分鐘(例如,4盎司的龍蝦尾需烤6分鐘)。
- 從烤箱中取出龍蝦尾。
- 在龍蝦肉上塗抹大蒜奶油。
- 將龍蝦尾放回烤箱中層,開啟高溫烤炙模式,再烤2-3分鐘。
