如何準備奶油和牛肋眼牛排配蘑菇和紅酒醬?
材料:
- 2 x 澳大利亞和牛肋眼牛排(大理石得分 7,~1.5CM|2CM 厚,250G)|新的
製作說明:
- 將室溫下的牛排晾乾並用粗鹽充分調味。
- 用中高溫加熱一個大煎鍋。加入菜籽油,油熱後,小心地將牛排放入鍋中。將第一面煮約 2 分鐘,直到得到金黃色的外殼。
- 將牛排翻轉過來,另一面再煮約 2 分鐘。
- 加入壓碎的大蒜、百里香和黃油。
