如何準備西蘭花斯蒂爾頓湯?
材料:
- 140 克史帝爾頓藍紋起司(或其他藍紋起司,捏碎)
製作說明:
- 在一個大鍋中加熱2湯匙芥花油,然後加入1顆切碎的洋蔥。以中火炒至變軟。如果洋蔥開始焦掉,可加入少許水。
- 加入1根切片芹菜、1根切片大蔥、1顆切丁中等大小馬鈴薯和一小塊牛油。攪拌至牛油融化,然後蓋上鍋蓋。讓蔬菜燜煮5分鐘,再打開鍋蓋。
- 倒入1公升雞肉湯或蔬菜高湯,並加入1顆花椰菜的粗莖部分。煮10-15分鐘,直到所有蔬菜變軟。
- 加入剩下的切塊花椰菜,再煮5分鐘。
- 小心地將湯倒入果汁機中,攪拌至順滑。
- 拌入140克捏碎的史帝爾頓藍紋起司,保留一些小顆粒。用黑胡椒調味,然後上桌享用。
