材料:
- 3根牛髓骨,橫向切成兩半
- 1/3杯細切 chives(細香蔥)
- 1/4杯切碎的香菜
- 1茶匙小型刺山柑,沖洗過
- 2湯匙檸檬汁
- 微型酸模葉(micro sorrel)用來裝飾
- 10厘米/4英寸長的黑麥或全麥酸種麵包,去掉麵包皮
- 鹽和胡椒粉調味
製作說明:
- 將烤箱預熱至230°C(450°F),並在烤盤上鋪上烘焙紙。將6根髓骨切面朝上放置,烤18分鐘。
- 同時,將麵包切成2厘米/3/4英寸長的小條,並在烤架下輕輕烤至金黃。
- 在小碗中混合細香蔥、香菜、刺山柑和檸檬汁。當髓骨烤熟後,將香草混合物均勻分配到六根骨頭上方。用酸模葉裝飾,並與烤麵包條一同上桌,配上小湯匙。每根髓骨分開後應該能提供足夠的配料給每條烤麵包條。
